  I want to give a person Thank You to LeAnn who helped me get my rental to attend my family's reunion in New York. The airport gave my rental away and was not willing to help me. They did not call me to tell me this happened and left me to figure it out by myself. I was almost in tears because we were supposed to be getting on the road. I was on hold for 24 minutes with the 1-800 customer service for Enterprise with no resolution. I ended up driving to this location where I met LeAnn and Ben. Both of them were willing to assist the best way that they could. LeAnn finished my transaction and offered words of encouragement. I was so relieved, as I was able to load up our SUV and head upstate. Thank you both again and Thank you LeAnn for your amazing customer service. I usually go to the Settler's Landing location, but I will for sure make it my business to do all my rentals from the staff here. Thank you. And we enjoyed ourselves at the reunion!!!!!!!
