  They aren't accredited with the BBB if that tells you anything!!The rude female dog of a manager needs to go along with LG! You have a 10 day grace period and these ladies will call the first day into the grace asking for a payment. They will Threaten to disable your vehicle and are very disrespectful. They make up their own rules regarding the contract in their favor when it's convenient for them. When I'm in the Hampton roads area, I WILL be stopping by to speak with the managers manager face to face. These dogs act like its their own personal money coming out of their personal bank account. I've been paying on my car for over 18 months now so there's no need to harass me. They will also accuse you of lying just as the previous reviewer stated. Drive time is better!!
